From a Full English Breakfast to Pizza and Chips and Chinese Satay Chicken with noodles - these are just some of the meals my members have been enjoying this week following our very generous Slimming World Food Optimising Plan ❤️

As a member you’re invited to join our private page where members share recipes just like these in order to help to keep each other motivated and inspired outside of group.

The page is only one example of the resources at your fingertips when you become one of my members - to find out more get in touch on 07795 086798 🤗

When Slimming World consultant Andrea first stood in front of her new group at Cornerstones Methodist Church in Chester‑le‑Street on January 29, 2025, she felt “nervous but excited”.

Wow ! What a day ! Been out and about with other local consultants in the area and it’s fair to say we didnt go un-noticed 😆

We wanted to get some Slimming World love out there but we wanted to have some fun doing it too - so we went together ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Keep an eye out for us as we plan to do more of the same in the next few weeks - so please come and say hi if you spot us !

So many members or friends/family of members approached us today and it was a total privilege hearing how Slimming World has made such a difference to them all 🥰

It’s been Christmas Parties in group this week 🥳

It was great to see all sessions full of buzz and excitement 🤗, amazing food shared with friends old and new 🥰 fun and frolics 😝

However a big shout out has to go to the members in our Thursday 5.30pm Fencehouses group ! What a fabulous night we had - and made even better with seeing Alice Potts reaching her dream target weight, just in time for Christmas 🎁 She’s now 4 Stone lighter !

Alice now intends staying Slim for Life 🤩 She’ll continue to come to group to get the inspiration and motivation she needs and undoubtedly will be there to cheer each and everyone of our members along to their dream weight too !

As Alice says “Nothing tastes as good as the feeling of reaching your goal” ❤️❤️❤️
