Grimsby Town Football Club and Grimsby Town Foundation recently partnered up with charities; Rock Community Hub and We Are ONE Foundation, for a special match day food bank fundraiser, to help people in need in the local community.

The game was held at the Mariners ground at Blundell Park against Fleetwood Town on Saturday 29th August. On the match day, Rock Community Hub’s food bank team including Co-ordinater Sam and volunteers joined the event at Blundell Park, alongside Grimsby Town Foundation staff. A number of people identified by the charities, who may benefit from the support, were welcomed to the game as guests in the Osmond Stand. And a special thanks to Sam's nephew who was a real trooper helping with the bucket collection 🤩👍

An absolutely fantastic time was had by all. Thank you so much Grimsby Town Football Club, Mike Baker and all involved for all your support!👏
