*Love is in the air, and that means one thing – the Stebbing Annual Valentine’s Disco!*💕

This year, we’re doing something special. As a fully inclusive school, we always strive to ensure that every child feels welcome at all our events. That’s why, for the first time ever, we are hosting a *UV Silent Disco* on *Thursday, 13th February 2025!*

Each child will receive their own headset for the duration of the disco, allowing them to choose their preferred music channel. No music will be played out loud, making it a more comfortable experience for children who may find loud sounds overwhelming.

We’ll have *UV lights and UV face painting*, so if your child has any clothing that glows under UV light, feel free to send it along for them to change into before the event!

*Disco Timings:*
• *KS1:* Straight after school (children will have time to change beforehand) – *3:15 PM to 4:30 PM*
• *KS2: 4:45 PM to 6:00 PM*

Tickets:
• *£5 per child*, which includes a *hot dog, crisps, and juice.*
• Please make payments to the *AFSS bank account*, using your child’s name and class as the payment reference.

*Volunteers Needed!*

This year, we’re excited to invite children to write letters to Santa! Mrs. Heys will place a special letterbox outside her side door, where children usually post their Christmas cards. While they can still post cards for their friends here, this special postbox will send letters directly to Santa himself—and who knows, he might even write back! 🎅🏻

*Christmas Decorations Needed!*
We’re still collecting unwanted Christmas decorations for our upcoming event on the 1st of December. We especially need tinsel and baubles. If you’re having a clear-out before the holidays, please consider donating your festive items to help us create a magical atmosphere.

*Donate for the Children’s Christmas Market*
This is also a great opportunity to donate towards the children’s Christmas market. Your contributions will allow the kids to purchase thoughtful gifts for their loved ones.

*Purchase Your Child’s Artwork*
There’s still time to purchase your child’s artwork, just in time for Christmas! A lovely way to cherish their creativity while supporting the school.

*Movie Night – 5th December*
Don’t forget about the Movie Night on the 5th of December! Tickets are just £5, which includes pizza and chips. The event will run straight after school, so there’s no need to collect your children until 5pm.
