The Plunkett Foundation is an organisation which promotes and provides backup services and technical advice to community run projects throughout the whole of the UK and helped the first Great Bromley Cross committee set up our pub, ten years ago.

Every year they announce the winners of their UK wide Rural Community Business Awards, which identifies the best community ventures and people in the UK.

This year The Great Bromley Cross was shortlisted as one of the three finalists in their "Connecting the Community" classification - with the finals being held in the Royal Society of Chemistry in Piccadily, Central London on Thursday, 2nd July.

AND WE ONLY WENT AND WON!

Well done to all of our Shareholders, ManCom, Volunteers, Marketing Team and Customers because you made it happen!
