Monday 11th & 18th May | 10:00–12:00
A gentle course for you and your baby, designed to strengthen bonding, ease digestion, and promote better sleep (thanks to a boost in melatonin).

🎨Art Workshop with Lisa Mellows
Sunday 10th May | Ages 4-8 11:00-12:30, Ages 8-11 13:30-15:30
Creative sessions for children and their grown-ups to explore and make together. More confident children are welcome to attend independently in the later session.

💃 Dance Fit with JD's Dance

A fun, energetic adult dance class—perfect for getting fit while enjoying yourself. Free trial available.
