The Friends of Polesden Lacey Infant Academy are excited for our much-loved Grandparents Afternoon Tea on 25 March, and we’re so grateful to the amazing support that we’ve had from some of our wonderful local businesses already! A huge thank you goes to:

Save the Date – Billy’s Bash Returns!

Billy’s Bash is back for its third year on Saturday, 25th April 2pm-7pm at Cobham Free School Seniors, raising funds for registered charity Billy’s Batalion, in loving memory of Billy
Thompson, who died from a DIPG brain tumour in 2024. Billy’s
sister, Maddie (GBS Year 4 Rabbits), and her family would love the
school community to be part of this special day.

Billy’s Bash has become a much-loved local family fun day, full of actvites, superheroes, magicians and entertainers, with hundreds of prizes to be won, food stalls and a licensed bar. Please save the date, grab your tckets and come along to support a very meaningful cause.

Billy's Batalion are also looking for a few extra volunteers to help on the day and ease the load on our wonderful (and slightly exhausted!) family and friends. If you can spare a couple of hours and would like to be involved, they would be incredibly grateful to hear from you.

It truly is the most wonderful time of the year!

Yesterday we had a very special visitor to our Library Sant's Grotto, along with our christmas making morning. The children's faces as he came down the drive is always such a joy to see!

So many thank yous to say. Without the creativity, time and enthusiasm of all the staff at Polesden Lacey Infant Acadamy the making morning wouldn't happen. Thank you to all the parent volunteers helping to set up the grotto and who helped run the crafts. Thank you also to Blondie & The Bears for the beautiful balloons on our Grotto!

If your child has just started at Polesden Lacey Infants, or has had a growth spurt over the summer, then make sure you visit our Preloved Uniform Sale this Monday 15th September!
We will be set up from 2.50pm. Cash and Card accepted.

We have had a HUGE amount of preloved uniform donations since the end of the summer term – so lots of new stock with lots of life left in it.

Thank you to all those who have bought something in! And dont forget that we also have the clothes recycling bin (big green bin next to the caretakers house) if anything isnt quite up to the second hand uniform, or for any other non-uniform recycling!

If you need uniform but can't make it on Monday then do message or email us ([email protected]) and let us know what you need and in what sizes and we'll have a look through the stock for you.

Also, If you have uniform that is now too small, please pop it in the red bin by the office at school.
