Did you achieve your Queen’s Guide Award in Great Ayton? We would love to hear about it!

District Commissioner Rebecca completed her award in 2022 & Brownie Leader Alison in 1992 both having worked on the award in the district. Two leaders who volunteer in our district are currently working on the award too

✨ This year marks 80 years of the Queen’s Guide Award, the highest award you can work towards in guiding.

For eight decades, Girlguiding members have been developing new skills, giving back to their communities, taking on new challenges and making memories that last a lifetime.

As we celebrate this special anniversary, we’d love to hear from you. Are you marking 80 years of the Queen’s Guide Award with a celebration, special presentation or event? Have you completed your Queen’s Guide Award and are looking back at your favourite memories, achievements, and friendships you made along the way?

Whether you're celebrating today or looking back on your own Queen’s Guide experience, we'd love to hear your stories in the comments below!
