Dens Play Den Play together,
Tuesday 10.00am-11.30am
Play for under five. Under five time is time for parents and carers to bring children who are under five.

During the session there is a dedicated song and rhyme time. Soft play and messy play. Refreshment time together. Free play and fun. During school holidays sessions will run to include older children. Activities will be to encourage children to explore low tech, messy, fun, play. Exercise is of benefit to us all whatever our age or ailments. At Den's Playden, you can exercise muscles, move joints,

in a friendly relaxed group, whatever your age or ailment. Mature Movers meet at 1.45 for seated exercise.
