Hi, hope we are all good and keeping safe. Just a little update about Havering Council, after a year of fighting and struggling to get my property back from the Council and another few months of struggling through the courts I finally did it. Stay strong 🤓👍

Hi, Please find an email I have recieved from Havering Council re my property.
Am I dealing with a London Borough or the Mafia
I have waited 9 months for my property to be given back to me and the council have given it back to me in this state on a weeks notice.
Just to say it has taken 25 working days to get it back to this Condition.

Council, no words, These are just some of the pictures of my one bedroom flat that the council want to give back to me but I am now in dispute with after waiting 8 months to get my property back.
Council are now saying they don't need to redecorate as per the lease.
Would Havering Council have taken my property in this condition?
They have been generous, they have offered me £420.00 a room to clean and decorate, somebody in the council needs to know how much things cost.
