Registered charity no. 1167701 Gravesend Rowing Club is one of the oldest rowing clubs on the tidal Thames, being established in 1878. Since then, Gravesend has produced numerous winners of the Doggetts Coat and Badge, a number of Henley competitors and International oarsmen. The Club caters for both competitive crews and recreational rowers, running sessions throughout the week for both adults an

d juniors, led by our qualified coaches. New and experienced rowers alike are are welcome to come along for a visit, to see our facilities and discuss becoming a member or joining a Learn to Row course. For general enquires please email:

We're looking for a new sponsor to help us get more people rowing and representing Gravesend!

Our primary sponsor will have their company name on our boathouse on Gordon Prom, where it will be seen by thousands of visitors, as well as on our trailer which heads to races all over London and the South East. We will also put your name/logo on our training kit, and make sure we thank you prominently on our website and social media.
