A follow can have a real impact.

Following a page may feel like a small action, but it can help life-changing information travel much further.

When you follow and share the Elliott Holmes Memorial Fund, our message can reach:

• A parent searching for help
• A teenager who feels unable to cope
• A teacher concerned about a pupil
• A coach supporting a young player
• A friend who does not know what to say

Help us make sure every family in Gravesham knows that free counselling support is available for young people aged 13–19.

Please follow our page and invite your local friends to do the same.
