Well Challenge 2 of 67; 670km Triathlon throughout July is proving quite the challenge while spending way too much time on my laptop and way too little on my bike or in my wetsuit!!

Got a few km in the bank and a very tight calf to show for my efforts this week so let’s see what week 2 brings!!

Getting ready for 'Challenge 2 of 67' starting tomorrow.......that's a lot of boxes to get through......

Throughout July I am going to be completing a 670km triathlon challenge using the olympic race ratio so covering:
20km swimming 🏊‍♀️
520km cycling 🚴‍♀️
130km running 🏃‍♀️

If anybody wants to join me for a swim/cycle/run during July you will be very welcome!

So as part of ’Kirst’s Big 67 Challenge: Version 2.0’ I have decided to do one particularly big challenge each month with smaller ones filling in the gaps.....so throughout July I am going to be completing a 670km triathlon challenge using the olympic race ratio so (assuming my math is correct, which isn't a given) that means covering:
20km swimming 🏊‍♀️
520km cycling 🚴‍♀️
130km running 🏃‍♀️
during July.........Another of my excellent ideas!!!😁

If anybody fancies joining me for a swim/cycle/run (or a recovery drink) during July let me know!
