SKDC is pleased to invite local veterans to a special Armed Forces Day Celebration Lunch as we come together to recognise and celebrate your service.

This is a chance to connect with fellow veterans and learn about the district's very special Airborne forces heritage.

Speakers will also highlight the Commonwealth War Graves Commission’s enduring role and how RAF Cranwell celebrates its own history.

If you have served in the Armed Forces and live in South Kesteven, we would be delighted to see you there.

There is a trip organised to the National Memorial Arboretum on the 16th May 2026 - there are 15 spaces on the coach if anyone is interested in joining! The 16th May marks 25 years since the Arboretum opened to the public - it is a special anniversary with lots happening!

Dear All.
I have been given a voucher for Belton Park Golf Club Green Fees
This voucher can be redeemed against 18 holes of golf for four people.
Valid Monday - Friday, Saturday and Sunday after 1100.

The intention is to auction this off, giving the winning amount to a local charity (not yet chosen )

The way it will work, message me with the amount you would like to bid, all bids will be collated and the winner with the highest bid revealed on Monday 15 December 2025 @ 2000 hrs
Should two equal offer be the winner both will be emailed with the option to counter offer.

🌺 Giant poppies are being painted on roundabouts to mark Remembrance Day. They are being sprayed onto islands ahead of this Sunday’s commemorative events and next week’s November 11 Remembrance Day by Lincolnshire County Council to mark the national period of reflection and appreciation. They include:
