No yoga experience needed, we keep it nice and simple, offering variations to suit different needs.

So, as the teacher down at Park Yoga Gosport, what do I love about Park Yoga?

1. Connecting with new people each week and watching them try something new.

2. Watching a tense body arrive, then through the yoga they begin to drop their shoulders, soften their posture and leave with a smile, lighter than when they arrived.

3. Watching new connections form between strangers.

Favourite Moment: watching Park Yoga Yogis arrive from every direction of Walpole Park, and watching you wake up from shavasana (last pose) completely relaxed.

Weather has been just perfect for our Park Yoga sessions and the feedback im getting from you all has been so positive.

Its great to see the benefits of the practice starting to impact your everyday and even everyday mobility. Its amazing the impact just one class a week has!

As always these Park Yoga Gosport session are free, theres no need to book, just turn up on the day with a mat or a towel and a water bottle and you are ready to go.

Veronika will be here to teach you a beautiful calm flow this Sunday. As usual we start at 09:30am.

Park Yoga Gosport runs every Sunday at 09:30am, for 1 hour.

💚 At Park Yoga we understand that sometimes the biggest barrier to trying our sessions isn’t the yoga itself - it's simply not knowing what to expect.

❔Will there be somewhere to sit? Are there accessible toilets nearby? Will I be able to keep up? Will I feel like I belong? These are just some of the honest thoughts shared by disabled people through Activity Alliance and Sport for Confidence’s Include to Improve Lived Experience Network.

🧘‍♀️ We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live healthy, happy lives, so by listening to lived experiences, we are making meaningful changes that help more people support their physical and mental wellbeing.

🫶 To ensure that all our participants feel welcome before they even arrive at a session, we are taking the steps to improve our website, use more inclusive imagery, enhance instructor training and provide clearer disability information.
