A beautiful day down in walpole park on Sunday to celebrate Internation yoga day! Thank you to everyone who attended and to everyone who donated!

Park Yoga are a Charity, on a mission to spread the joy of yoga to all and with the help from you have some big plans in place.

I am loving teaching you Gosport! Your spirit and commitment are remarkable 🙌

I am away this weekend (taking the family up snowdon), so the lovely Izzy House will be back to look after you. I will be back and full of beans with a lovely flow inspired by the mountain ⛰️ the following week.

🎉 Celebrate International Yoga Day with your local Park Yoga community!

💌 This Sunday, you're invited to the Park Yogi Tea Party, after our yoga session at Walpole park. Stay and chat to your local community or just chill and have a family picnic.

☕️ Bring your favourite picnic items and a flask of hot water to enjoy with a free Yogi Tea detox sample.

This Sunday Celebrate International Yoga Day with Park Yoga and Yogi Tea 🌿🧘‍♀️✨

Unwind your mind, stretch your body, and connect with nature.

We are hosting a special morning of gentle movement followed by a relaxing community picnic.Whether you are a beginner or a regular yogi, everyone is welcome!

No flexibility or prior experience is needed. Just bring your good energy, an open heart, and let's flow together.

Sunday, 21st June, look out for the green flag

Time: 9:30 AM – 11:00am.

What to bring: Your yoga mat or a large towel, A flask of hot water ready for your free yogi tea. A water bottle to stay hydrated and your favourite healthy snack or lunch for the picnic.

Not your usual Park Yoga session this week.

But always a pleasure to watch a helicopter take off meters away from you while in mid flow 😉

Well done to everyone who turned up this week despite the weather. Kali Mudra got us through it!

Just a reminder, I am away this Sunday session, but we have the lovely Izzy House stepping in to cover. Please greet her as warmly as you do me. Ill miss my Sunday session with you all but will see you in a fortnight!
