Thank you to Steve Moore who did a Charity Bike Ride in aid of Harbour Cancer, completing 17.17 miles on Saturday 8th August - Steve raise a fantasic £289.50 then his neighbour Nikki did a cake sale bringing the total to £384.50.

Would any of our clients be interested in Yoga?
We have a trained Yoga Teacher who would like to volunteer her services. If you would be interested please let us know.

Next week our centre will be closed due to to building works taking place.
We will be closed from Monday 24th August then re-open on Tuesday 1st September. Then we are closed again on 3rd/4th. We will be re-open as normal on Monday 7th Septemebr. Our phoneline and emails will be monitered.
