No3 (SW) SATT also known as 3 SATT is one of several specialist training teams in the RAF Air Cadets. Our remit is to train Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAV)s from the RAF Air Cadets (ATC and CCF RAF Sections) and support the training of Sea Cadet Corps (SCC) and Army Cadet Force (ACF) CFAVs in Range Management and Skill At Arms qualifications that enable shooting activities in the Cadet Forces

to take place both safely and to a high standard. We work closely with the Wings within SW Region and proactively support them to keep shooting high on the activity priority list. Helping them give our cadets the best Cadet Experience they possibly can. We are here to support CFAVs as the subject matter experts by providing advice and guidance in the world of Range Management and Skill At Arms related matters. Our course calendar and various resources are available to all on our BADER SharePoint site.
