FAMILIES – HAVE YOUR SAY!

A reminder that registration for the Wales Cancer Alliance Children and Young People's Engagement Event, taking place online on Wednesday 14th October, 4pm–6:30pm, closes this Monday, 12th October.

This is an opportunity for families affected by childhood and young people's cancer to share their experiences, perspectives and ideas, helping to inform conversations about cancer care and support in Wales.

The voices of families who have lived through childhood cancer are incredibly important, and we would encourage anyone interested to get involved.

Registration closes Monday 12th October.

“A gift from me to you… for someone who needs it.”

We had a lovely visit from young Alfie this evening, who won a cash prize in a national writing competition and chose to donate part of his winnings to Morgan’s Army.

He wanted to help others who might need it, and brought along this beautiful handmade card with his donation. Such a thoughtful gesture from a young boy with a very big heart.

Alfie, congratulations on your writing achievement, and thank you for sharing your success with the families we support. Your kindness will help us make a difference, and your lovely words have certainly made us smile.

This is what Morgan’s Army is all about. People looking out for each other. No One Fights Alone. 💛
