Whether you are aged 9 or 99, this could be the sport for you. Our practice (roll up) night is held on Thursday's from about 6.30pm throughout the bowling season (Apri

l to September), so why not come along, meet us, and maybe bowl a few ends to see if it's the game for you? All we ask is that you wear flat shoes to avoid damaging the green, and that under 14's are accompanied by a responsible adult on their first visit.

We are proud to even have our very own ‘Bowls England Coach’ - Ian Sturgess to help ease you into the games and explain the rules and the scoring

HEMINGBROUGH BOWLS WEEKLY EVENTS

Quietest session on a Monday 6pm for those wanting to practice and improve their skills

Tuesday / Wednesday evening Goole League matches take place

Thursday Hemingbrough Community Support session held 6pm

Friday League games help
Hemingbrough A, B and C teams

Saturday Social bowls open for anyone 1.30pm refreshments provided

Sunday first one of each month, we hold a bowls drive, with a bit of lively competition, sprinkling of banter, raffle, awards, the famous ‘Spider’, a fab buffet tea and refreshments all for £4…..come on down.

Come on down…….your local ‘Hemingbrough bowling club’ is here to welcome you, mentor and support you and get you started.

2 sessions - every Monday @ 6pm for a quieter Coach support session and Saturday 1.30pm arrival for a 2pm start with refreshments provided, Coach support and bit of friendly pairs/4’s competition 🙌🏻
