Crystallised honey has not 'gone off.'
These two jars are from exactly the same hive. The left hand jar has been gently warmed to return it to a liquid without damaging the honey.
Crystallisation or granulation is caused by a higher glucose content in the nectar the bees collected.

Today I saw a man selling poppies stop a lady and asked if he could re position her poppy. While doing so he told that lady she should wear the poppy on their right side; the red represents the blood of all those who gave their lives, the black represents the mourning of those who didn't have their loved ones return home, and the green leaf represents the grass and crops growing and future prosperity after the war destroyed so much. The leaf should be positioned at 11 o'clock to represent the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month, the time that World War One formally ended. He was worried that younger generations wouldn't understand this and his generation wouldn't be around for much longer to teach them. (copy and paste to share just like I did) 🌹 we must remember those from our current wars too!"

Misty,Ruby and all the animals at the farm will be donating bags for those whom are not in as great a place as they/we are. It’s easy becoming homeless it’s not so easy to get back on your own 2 feet! So we are hoping these little bags will show they are not forgotten.
Bag contents (some still waiting on delivery and the shower gel from Tesco) they don’t have 50 on the shelves like Morrisons did with the toothpaste 😁)
Still to come are more socks,lip balm, where gel. The contents are

By the bees have been busy 🐝🐝🐝 the keepers have about 40 1lb jars of honey for sale. The honey is not kept on site due to hygiene reasons.
1lb jars are £8.50 each and there are about 40 available.
12oz jars are £6.50 only 3-4 available at the moment.
Costs have had to go up to reflect jars and sterilisation costs the price is being kept as low as possible. (Electricity and gas costs, jars and new lids are not as cheap as they once were) to order please message the page.
The bee keepers are admin too but work full time and are carers to a gorgeous autistic grandson so please bear that in mind. ☺️☺️☺️
