Sutherland Care Forum Sutherland Care Forum offers a Befriending Service for people living in East and Central Sutherland who may feel isolated or lonely.

We work in partnership with Highland Hospice

We are keen to welcome new Volunteers to become Befrienders for clients in our communities. If you can spare a few hours a month to sit and have a blether or go out for a coffee with one of our clients that can make a huge difference to limit loneliness and social isolation. PVG check will be done and training provided. Expenses are provided. If you would like to know more about the role please get in touch. Thanks.

We are keen to welcome new Volunteers who might become Trustees to the charity. Our clients greatly appreciate the friendship from our Volunteers. The Board members are a crucial part of Sutherland Care Forum to keep our valued work continuing.

Thank you Members for supporting Sutherland Care Forum. The funding will help us provide expenses for our Volunteer Befrienders to visit our clients who may otherwise feel lonely or isolated.

We are looking to recruit some Volunteers for our Befriending service. If you are able to spare a couple of hours a week to visit a client in their own home, providing company and companionship, occasional travel to essential medical appointments.
