I introduce you to Anna Angel of Wiltshire Police has been named the winner of the Ellie Smart Award 2026, part of the Tilley Awards, which honour outstanding problem-solving in UK policing.

In her role as a crime prevention tactical adviser, she has championed evidence-based approaches and played a key role in embedding a problem-solving culture within the force.
