🌿 Another beautiful route through fields, woods, around the lake and along roads with some steep hills up and down
There are also some challenging stiles to climb along the way. You must be ok with distance and hills for this walk.

We’ve had some lovely smaller group walks recently, as well as the larger groups.

There really is something for everyone here.

Whether it’s small groups to chat together or large groups to mingle through, short walks to build up fitness and enjoy a little stroll or long and challenging hikes, in areas all across Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds, week days, evenings, or weekends.

Whatever you’re looking for in a walking group, we hope you find it here. And if there’s a route, area, walk type or specific day you’re really after, please let us know and we’ll work to add it to our itinerary!

Exciting News for the Roam & Wonder Foundation CIC!!

We’re delighted to announce that Adam Riglar has joined the Roam & Wonder Foundation CIC as Co-Director.

While the title may be new, Adam’s involvement certainly isn’t.

From the earliest days of our community walks, Adam has been a huge supporter of what we’re building. He’s joined walks, helped shape ideas, championed the Foundation, and played an important role in helping our community grow into what it is today.

Professionally, Adam brings a wealth of experience gained at senior and strategic levels, leading work across stakeholder engagement, partnerships, community development, social value and growth.

He has spent his career helping organisations, communities and partners create meaningful and lasting impact, and brings that same strategic insight and relationship-building expertise to the Foundation.

We’re incredibly grateful that he’s volunteering his time and expertise to help develop the Foundation’s work and reach, so that we can provide even more opportunities for people to benefit from the social connections, health and wellbeing benefits, and the wider positive impact of everything we do.

As we continue to grow, Adam will support the Foundation’s strategic development, helping strengthen partnerships, explore opportunities around social prescribing and community wellbeing, and expand our reach so that even more people can benefit from the positive impact of spending time outdoors and connecting with others.

Most importantly, Adam understands exactly why the Foundation exists and shares our belief that everyone should have access to welcoming communities, meaningful connections and the benefits of nature.

There isn’t a better person to help lead the next chapter of the Roam & Wonder Foundation CIC.
