Hoi Polloi Music Festival Creative Party People Hoi Polloi (formally The Willow People) are a small, diverse collective that like a good party.

We put on music festivals locally and our aim is to stimulate creativity in people. We want like-minds to get involved or just come along for the ride. Profits are being put back into the festival to help it grow. So please come join the party and have a good time! If you are interested in getting involved please get in touch via our page.
