Footsteps Counselling & Care is a charitable organisation offering compassionate counselling and care for anyone in the Gloucestershire area affected by pregnancy-related issues, loss of a baby or infertility. Most of us involved with Footsteps at the beginning, had previously worked with many people suffering the traumas relating to pregnancy, miscarriage, abortion, neonatal death and depression.
Listening to those who have lost a child, or had to make decisions whether to continue with an unwanted pregnancy, or terminate when carrying a much longed for baby with serious health issues. All of these issues and many more are difficult to discuss and many people are left to struggle through life without the help and support they need and deserve. We at Footsteps want to make a difference, not only through our professional counselling service but also with the practical support we offer. When those people struggling financially need to clothe and provide the necessary equipment for their young children we can help by providing good quality used clothes and equipment free of charge.
