Gloucestershire Rural Community Council Professional advice and support for Gloucestershire's communities GRCC was established in 1923 and is a charitable company limited by guarantee.

We:
•Engage with Gloucestershire's communities to enable sustainable community development and empower community groups
•Work in partnership with individuals and organisations
•Seek to influence policy makers at local, regional and national level

In addition to our countywide projects such as those relating to older people, village and community halls, affordable housing and rural transport,

we also have a team of district-specific rural advisers who offer general advice and support to communities.
