Very grateful for the massages and the fun, pre-race warm-up session.

It was amazing meeting so many of you at the Gloucester 10K this weekend 🏃‍♀️

If you ran the race and your legs are starting to feel the miles, don’t forget you can enjoy £5 off a sports massage treatment to help you recover after race day.

Recovery is just as important as the training and I’d love to help you get back to feeling your best.

If you’d like to book just send me a message. 🏃‍♀️💆‍♂️

And if you know someone whose legs are probably crying out for a bit of TLC after the weekend, feel free to share this post with them too ♥️

We have recovered a large running top and two water bottles which appear to have been lost by participants. Please let us know if they are yours. If we don't hear by next weekend, we will dispose of them. Best contact would be [email protected]
