BADCo brings annual pantomimes to St Barnabas Church Halls, with over £50,000 proudly donated to charity!

BADCo is a not-for-profit organisation, donating all the profits from our productions to charity. To date we have raised over £7000 for various charities (Including ParalympicsGB, Age UK Gloucestershire, and MS Society, amongst many others).

We couldn’t not end on this one… 👀

Saved the best for last (and yes… we know it’s technically more than one photo! 😅)

This was a moment we were all desperate to rehearse with real props, and the first time we did, the rehearsal room absolutely erupted with laughter.

Thankfully, it had exactly the same effect on our audiences every single night, much to Tracy’s delight! 💥

Amelia and Sophie handled it like absolute pros 👏
…and as for Daniel - well, he definitely learned the hard way how difficult it is to keep long hair out of food! 😂

A key part of the story, and one that even our youngest audience members were eagerly waiting for - one little theatre-goer told us it was their favourite part before it had even happened! 😄

A huge shoutout to our incredible props team for creating this beautiful sparkly apple ✨

…and of course, to Snow White for delivering one of the most dramatic stage-deaths we’ve ever seen 👏

Now this is attitude…

Queen Muriel - one of Tracy’s favourite characters to write 👑

Jess absolutely nailed this role, channelling her inner Queenie from Blackadder and bringing every ounce of drama, sass, and stroppiness to the stage.

And of course, that stunning red costume (by the amazing Vivian Hurden ❤️) perfectly marked her as one of the baddies.

Our castle servants and Frank the Footman ❤️

This was such a perfect example of making the most of every second on stage - each character full of purpose, personality, and presence.

And Tracy absolutely loves using colours to explain characters… the bold red, worn by everyone serving the Evil Stepmother, became a subtle but powerful signal of “the bad guys” throughout the show 👀

From the very start of rehearsals, Tracy was determined to give the junior cast their moment in the spotlight… and they absolutely ran with it!

Hours and hours of rehearsals went into this one song, building confidence, energy, and performance, and by show time, they were nothing short of superstars ⭐
