At Community Connexions, we provide transport for people of all ages across Gloucestershire and beyond who would otherwise struggle to get where they need to go. Community Connexions provides transport services to many different groups within local communities. We particularly focus on carrying vulnerable groups of people to schools, supermarkets, hospital appointments, day centres and events. We

operate throughout Cheltenham, Gloucester, Stroud, Tewkesbury and surrounding areas, and will continue to expand into those areas we people need more support in getting around.

Did you know carers travel free with ? If you are unable to travel alone, your carer or companion is free to join you on our services.

Carers Week is an annual campaign that recognises the essential role of unpaid carers and raises awareness of the challenges they face.

It aims to help people identify themselves as carers so they can access support, while also promoting greater understanding of the physical, emotional and financial impact of caring responsibilities.

We are blessed in Gloucestershire to have some wonderful care organisations who we support as best we can including Gloucestershire Carers Hub
