We provide emergency bundles to families in crisis on a referral only basis. Items accepted include clothes, toiletries.

toys, books and equipment i.e. cots, prams, sterilisers, bedding etc. Please see our page for up to,date information of the do actions we currently require.

We would like to say a Big Thank You to Charlton Pharmacy Cheltenham and all it's customers for their continued support.

You’re able to add nappies, wipes and now sanitary products to your shopping in store to donate to us.
The pharmacy will then arrange to drop to us.
How amazing is this!

Big Thank You to everyone who donated items this morning at our donation event 💕

More dates will be set as soon as we know how long it will take us to sort through everything donated today.

We appreciate every donation and try our best to do different days/times for our donation events.
Unfortunately, we're never going to please everyone.
Please remember that we can only set dates/times when our volunteers are available.
Our volunteers give their time for free so these events can run.

Our roller door will open at 10am
Please don't leave donations before this time.

Travel cots will be up to place your donations into.....please make sure all items are bagged or boxed
All larger items can be placed by the side of the unit.

Please park in the spaces provided

Please only bring the items requested ( we will pop the list in the comments and in stories) unless previously arranged
Our volunteers won't be able to take items we haven't requested and don't want you to have a wasted journey.

If you have any questions, please just ask 💕

As Our next donation event will be Saturday, 20th of June, 10am-12noon
At our unit- Unit 2, Whitworth Court, Baird Road Waterwells Gloucester GL2 2DG

We will be taking your pre-loved donations along with any new items.
These are the items we will be taking......
All clothing 0-16 years
Coats 0-16years
Sleepwear 0-16 years ( no growbags or sleeping bags)
Summer Hats 0-16years
Maternity clothes
Teen wear - small adult sizes appropriate for teens ( no bigger than size 10 ladies or medium mens please)

* We no longer take school uniform- we would direct you to donating to your local schools *

Cots 120x60cm
Cotbeds 140x70cm
Toddler beds 140x70cm
We can't take used mattresses. Please make sure all fixings are present.
No bedding as we are full at this time.

Bouncy chairs
Baby Baths
Slings
Electric Sterilisers
Breast pumps

Pushchairs, Double Pushchairs, Strollers- we can't take any car seats

New Toiletries
Unopened nappies and pull-ups
New suntan lotion
New tombola and raffle items

We couldn't do what we do without you and your incredible donations.

Look what we've done!
We've only gone and got ourselves our very own pin badge 💕

We had the pleasure of handing these out to our incredible Trustees and Volunteers at our Thank you event on Sunday

While we are talking badges, we want to send a massive thank you to the amazing company that made them.
We tried a few companies before we found them, who weren't very helpful and very expensive.
Then we found Pinbadgelab please go and give them a follow!
They were fantastic, nailed the artwork, great communication, with a quick turnaround, the price was very affordable and a lot less than we had been quoted previously.

We wanted to celebrate and thank our volunteers for everything they do for our charity 💕
To coincide with the start of Volunteers Week 1st -7th of June 2026
We held them a little afternoon tea party at our unit.

It goes without saying that we couldn't do what we do without our volunteers and trustees

As our volunteers, you give your time, energy, kindness, and love to making a difference to so many children and families throughout Gloucestershire.
You must know you're doing something so very special, and we thank each and every one of you.
