# Exciting Announcement!

Breaking news from one of our PATA Managed Groups:

We've often heard that the name 'Funbusters' sounds like us 'busting fun' when in reality we do quite the opposite! In consultation with staff and the local community, we've been looking to give the setting a new identity.

The new name PATA at Little Everlands was officially revealed this morning, and has been well received by both parents and children! It's hoped that the new name better suits the setting it represents and reflects one of our key PATA Values - Fun & Enjoyment.

The Centre of expertise on child sexual abuse has published a 'Whole school approach to child sexual abuse'.

Despite the use of the word school this is aimed at all educational settings including Early Years provision. It includes a framework for reviewing your approach and they say:

"Children need adults who are willing to be curious, to ask careful questions, and to take their concerns seriously, even when the child cannot yet put their experience into words."
