There's a particular kind of tiredness that a good night's sleep doesn't quite reach.
It's the quiet hum of weeks that have been a little too full. The endless to-do lists, constant notifications, and moving from one thing to the next without ever quite slowing down. Most of us know the feeling. And most of us rarely give ourselves permission to simply pause.
This is your invitation to do exactly that.
Join Chime and Calm for a calming Sound Bath at King's Stanley Village Hall a gentle hour to rest, switch off, and simply be.
No experience is needed, and there's no expectation to feel a certain way. Just wear something comfortable, settle in, and allow yourself the space to unwind. Some people drift into a deeply relaxed state, some simply enjoy lying quietly, and many leave feeling refreshed after giving themselves an hour of uninterrupted calm.

For an hour, there's nowhere else to be and nothing to fix, just you, the soothing sounds, and a little space to breathe.
Upcoming sessions:

📍 King's Stanley Village Hall
🗓 Sunday, 19 July 2026 | 4:00–5:00 pm BST

Spaces are limited, so advance booking is recommended.

If this feels like the gentle reminder you've been waiting to take an hour for yourself, we'd love to welcome you

There's a particular kind of tiredness that a good night's sleep doesn't quite reach.

It's the low hum of a week that's been a little too full — the to-do lists, the notifications, the sense that you've been moving from one thing to the next without ever quite landing. Most of us know it well. And most of us rarely give ourselves permission to simply stop.

This is an invitation to do exactly that.

On Sunday 21 June, Chime and Calm are opening the doors at King's Stanley Village Hall for an hour of rest.

There's no experience needed, no special clothing beyond something comfortable, and absolutely no pressure to feel a particular way. Some people drift close to sleep. Some simply enjoy lying still. Many find it's the most quiet they've given themselves in weeks.

For an hour, there's nowhere else to be and nothing to fix. Just you, the sound, and a little space to breathe.
