When Pat first came to Pallion Action Group, a hub in the National Digital Inclusion Network, she was out £300 from a scam and carrying the weight of a setback. For many, a hit to their confidence like this would keep them offline and afraid to ask for help.

But Pat and Jean decided to turn that experience into a superpower. 🦸‍♀️

By mastering digital literacy through Learn My Way, they’ve transformed from victims to leaders. Today, they head up the 'Scam Squad,' helping others spot red flags and navigate the web with their heads held high.
