Good morning!!
Our Stay & Play Board Game Cafe is running today, new start time of 3pm at Gamesley Community Centre!

Today we are asking all of our young people to decorate a pebble for the centre to replace the flower border that was recently vandalised, so come along and have a go!

We've also got our usual selection of board games as well as;

Craft activities, including plaster of paris shapes to decorate, worry dolls, modelling clay, and beads!

Plus puzzles, colouring and much much more!

We are set up and ready for you on this dreary Monday morning!!
Pico Lounge are doing free cereal for kids on weekdays over the summer, we've got plenty of fidgets, colouring books, puzzles and more to keep the little (and big!) ones entertained!

The summer holidays are here!

I'd love this thread to contain loads of ideas of local activities that are SEND and family friendly for over the next 6 weeks. I will update it as more ideas are put in the comments.

Monday
We will be at Pico as usual from 9.30 til 11.30 (excluding the Bank Holiday)

Tuesday
SEND swimming session at Glossop Pool, see MyActive Glossop Swim page for details

Thursday
Stay & Play session will also continue at Gamesley Community Centre, but will start an hour earlier at 3pm until 6pm!
Refreshments are provided at every session too.

Pico Lounge are doing an amazing breakfast session every weekday throughout the summer.

This is a great opportunity for any young people who are unable to access school

We are so excited to be able to offer the Bronze and Silver Arts Award to young people from September.

We will be running dedicated groups each week, and supporting young people to complete the awards.
