✨ The Bureau is so pleased to be partnering again with Social Media Makes Sense SMMS!

Founder and CEO Jo Booth is holding another Social Media Workshop, this time for local businesses and asking for attendees to Pay What You Can. The 2 sessions are worth a combined £250, and suggested donations are £15 per session or £25 for the full day.

Jo will guide you through setting up your own social media strategy, with top tips for better visibility and a range of tools for you to pick from to get your business out there. In the afternoon she will guide you through ideas for your content and copy - so if you're totally clueless about social media, or just want to refresh your skills, this is the course for you!

Been thinking about volunteering, but not sure where to start?
Our volunteer coordinator Lucy will be at Gamesley Community Centre every Wednesday from 10am to 1pm, ready to chat with you about all things volunteering!

Whether you'd like to get involved at the Community Centre, roll your sleeves up at the allotment, or have some ideas of your own about things you'd like to do - pop along!

If you can't make it then, don't worry. You can always drop in at The Bureau on Henry Street in Glossop during the working week, or give us a call on 01457 865722!

Our incredibly popular legal clinic is back tomorrow!

Come along anytime between 1pm and 4pm to speak to a legal expert on a rage of topics such as family law, wills, dispute resolution, employment and property (and much more!).

If you're not really sure what to do with your legal issue, pop along and get some guidance.

Need a bit of support? Come and have a chat with our Social Prescribing Team 💬

The Bureau’s friendly Social Prescribing Team will now be at Gamesley Community Centre every Tuesday from 11.30am to 1.30pm.

If something in life is causing you stress, worry or making things feel a bit overwhelming, you don’t have to deal with it alone. Our team is here to listen and help you find the right support.

You can come and talk to us about anything that’s affecting your wellbeing, for example:
• Feeling lonely or isolated
• Money worries or benefits
• Housing concerns
• Stress, anxiety or low mood
• Getting involved in local activities
• Finding support for you or your family

If you’re not sure where to start, that’s absolutely fine – just come along for a friendly, confidential chat and we’ll work it out together.

Sun's out, cycles out!

Every Saturday we run a Bike Maintenance session for young people at Hadfield Methodist Church.

If you've got a young person with a bike languishing in the garage get them along to our sessions to learn new skills and get their bikes ready for summer.
