Well Being Glastonbury Healing Hub therapy sessions on 19th October are now full.
We do still have spaces for Mindfulness and Mediation with Jason Creed at 12.30pm on the 19th October, more information below;
MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION – experience a variety of simple and short meditation techniques, linking mental awareness with breath, body and sound; in a seated or lying position, with occasional chanting and movement. Meditation helps us to experience and accept the present moment more fully, release inner resistance and blocked energy, and allow our natural state of wellbeing to flow. Meditation has numerous positive mental and physical health benefits. If you are experiencing mental health issues or have any concerns about this practice being suitable for you, please seek your GPs advice before starting a class.
