Wow, what a day for the LoveMilton 'schools out for summer block party' ๐ฅณ ๐ A massive thank you to the event sponsors Glasgow City Council Allied Vehicles Group Wheatley Homes Glasgow ๐๐๐
The sun was shining, the community came together for some fun, food and good cheer ๐
There was giveaways, tumbola, food, our local band, 'cheap as chips' came to entertain, we had the MCC very own Dom with his bagpipes ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ the climbing wall and bungee trampoline. Not only did Wheatley sponsor the event, but the stronger voices team were on hand with the ice cream and refreshments on the day.
Our local Firefighters from Scottish Fire and Rescue Service popped along to let the kids play on the fire truck ๐ Safety first mind ๐จโ๐
The community police ๐ฎโโ๏ธ๐ฎโโ๏ธPolice Scotland Greater Glasgow where on hand with the tea, coffee and cakes, while having a chat. The Ashgill Steering ladies who are apart of the Milton events team, were, as always, there to help organise and run the event. ๐ซถ
This was the new MCC first summer funday and it was heartwarming to see all the community come together as one ๐ฅฐ
