will be popping all weekend with incredible Glasgow International activities, including a free family friendly sauna session on Friday 3-4pm. DM or email us to book your spots! Wandering into the garden and green is a must this weekend.

About last weekend… Thank you to the 200+ people who came to try out our new facilities! The reviews have been glowing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - as glowing as your faces after a BIG sauna and cold dip 😍

It was so fun for us to share what we’ve been building with you.

Now that the dust has settled and we’ve got a proper night’s sleep, here’s the upcoming schedule…

📆 This week Mon-Fri, it’s the horsebox running.
Big Sauna will be open this Saturday and Sunday.
Next week, it’s horsebox Mon-Thurs, then Big Sauna Fri, Sat, Sun.

We are hopefully moving to a new booking system this week 🤞so please bear with us as we do that.

lGreat way to end the long bank holiday weekend 🌞🔥

Plenty of space across tomorrow’s sauna sessions if you fancy slowing down, warming up and easing into the week ahead - see last pic for availability.

Our sauna hosts Mim and Caspar have been having a lovely time soaking up the sunshine on site too ☀️

We will be working incredibly hard this week to open up the second sauna in time for the weekend!

One week since we fired up ! Thank you to everyone who came down, stretched out and shared their thoughts; to our members and hardworking volunteers who got to test drive it first; and to the gang for being such brilliant models. And to Tahlee for some of these beautiful pictures.

We are on track to have everything finished for next weekend 🥰 we are so hyped to share all these improvements with you!
