We’re looking for an experienced barista and genuine team player to join the Espresso Kart team.
This isn’t a role for someone who needs weeks of training before getting stuck in. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, knows their way around a busy coffee bar and is confident delivering great coffee while keeping the service moving.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience working as a barista in a busy coffee environment
Strong knowledge of espresso, milk steaming and coffee preparation
Able to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
A genuine team player who understands that great service comes from everyone working together
Confident dealing with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Reliable, punctual and able to take responsibility
Comfortable working under pressure during busy periods
Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team, not just fill a shift
THE ROLE
You will need to be able to be a confident driver as we want someone who can take The Kart out and about. We also need you to be available to work in both shops.
You’ll be part of a fast-paced team where quality, efficiency and outstanding service matter.
We want people who can come in, understand how we work and contribute from day one. Every shift is different, and you’ll be expected to jump between making coffee, serving customers, keeping the bar organised and helping in the kitchen.
We’re flexible on hours, so whether you’re looking for a handful of shifts or something more substantial, we’d love to hear from you.
