Hope everyone is having a relaxing Easter weekend. Here are some of the designs from our meeting last month, which were inspired by our lovely demonstrator, Annabel Findlay of Pink Thistle Flowers, Pirnhall Farm on the theme of “Spring has Sprung”. It was a pleasure to welcome Annabel again and to spend an evening with her.

We were delighted to welcome Kirstin Coltman Floristry to our Club for the first time on Thursday evening. Kirstin demonstrated three crescent-shaped designs and our members then enjoyed creating their own designs, as well as the opportunity to catch up with one another - a lovely evening!

It’s our Club night tonight, Thursday 12th February, and our first chance to get together this year. We are looking forward to welcoming Kirstin Coltman Floristry to our meeting this evening and to creating our own designs following Kirstin’s demonstration. Visitors are welcome - 7.30pm at Milton of Campsie Parish Church.

Sadly we had to cancel our January meeting earlier this month due to the weather, however here are some of the lovely arrangements created by our members on the theme of “A Celtic Connection” - great ideas and all so different!

A Happy New Year to all our members and friends. Our first Club night of the year will be this Thursday (8th January) at 7.30pm in Milton of Campsie Parish Church. The theme for arrangements is ‘A Celtic Connection’. We look forward to seeing you then!

We had a lovely evening last night at our annual Christmas celebration, with delicious food from First Class Catering and a great demonstration from Nan of The Star Flower Co, which offered plenty of festive inspiration for our members and guests in the form of hat boxes, table centrepieces and bouquets. These photos show the wonderful arrangements that were raffled at the end of the evening. Our next Club night is Thursday 8th January 2026 - guests are welcome!

At our meeting this week (Thursday 13th November), we will be joined by SAFAS demonstrator Jane Gordon, who is going to show us how to create a topiary arrangement, which can be made with fresh or artificial flowers. Visitors are very welcome, please come along to Milton of Campsie Parish Church hall, the meeting starts at 7.30pm.

Welcome to our page!

Campsie Floral Art Club meets on the second Thursday of the month between September and May at 7.30pm in Milton of Campsie Parish Church hall. Visitors are very welcome. We are a “hands on” Club in that we watch a demonstration from a SAFAS trained demonstrator or florist, then try it for ourselves. We have a Christmas night and also host occasional open evenings, as well as going on outings and participating in flower festivals. Please message us if you would like to come along.
