Here’s a look back to our April meeting, when we were joined by the fabulous Nan Neeson-Rocks of The Star Flower Co - our members enjoyed her demonstration and it is always interesting to see the variety of arrangements on the same theme.

A look back to the amazing SAFAS flower festival, masterminded by Linda Soutar, which was held in Dunfermline Abbey in May - some incredible displays from clubs all around Scotland (including one by our very own Sandra Hughes). This was a showcase of talent inspired by Scotland that many of our members enjoyed.

Hope everyone is having a relaxing Easter weekend. Here are some of the designs from our meeting last month, which were inspired by our lovely demonstrator, Annabel Findlay of Pink Thistle Flowers, Pirnhall Farm on the theme of “Spring has Sprung”. It was a pleasure to welcome Annabel again and to spend an evening with her.

We were delighted to welcome Kirstin Coltman Floristry to our Club for the first time on Thursday evening. Kirstin demonstrated three crescent-shaped designs and our members then enjoyed creating their own designs, as well as the opportunity to catch up with one another - a lovely evening!

It’s our Club night tonight, Thursday 12th February, and our first chance to get together this year. We are looking forward to welcoming Kirstin Coltman Floristry to our meeting this evening and to creating our own designs following Kirstin’s demonstration. Visitors are welcome - 7.30pm at Milton of Campsie Parish Church.

Sadly we had to cancel our January meeting earlier this month due to the weather, however here are some of the lovely arrangements created by our members on the theme of “A Celtic Connection” - great ideas and all so different!

A Happy New Year to all our members and friends. Our first Club night of the year will be this Thursday (8th January) at 7.30pm in Milton of Campsie Parish Church. The theme for arrangements is ‘A Celtic Connection’. We look forward to seeing you then!
