Cranhill Community Council is looking for local people to get involved and help represent the views of the wider Cranhill community.

They’re particularly keen to hear from young people aged 16+ who would like to have a say on the issues that matter locally and help bring younger voices to the table.

Community Councils have an important role in representing local views on things like planning, licensing, local developments and services.

No special experience is needed – just an interest in Cranhill and a willingness to get involved.

A huge well done to everyone who braved the rain last night and joined us for our first Run, Jog & Walk Club with our friends at Clyde FC Community Foundation 🥳👏

This group is open to everyone, no matter your pace or experience. Whether you fancy a gentle walk and getting some steps in, or you're ready to get your jog on, we'd love to see you! 💪

A massive shout out to those who came along to the first session of our new Bully Wee Run Club in partnership with Cranhill Development Trust tonight in, frankly, outrageous weather! 😂🌧️

Our volunteers will be there every week and we’ll split the groups based on who wants to run, jog or walk. So, if you’re an established runner or just want to get a bit more active, why not come and get involved?
