Flights are booked and paid for despite Donald Trump! The school benches are going well so these badges will provide shoes, jotters, pens etc for the children. One of my goals whilst there is to visit Catherine’s grans mud hut and provide the basic furnishings. Obviously not really soft furnishings but a bed and table possibly?

Thank you to my new followers! It really means a lot.
An update on the fundraising for the new school benches, between my efforts and Marlyn’s we have raised enough to buy 35 new benches. This is the anniversary of the charity 25yrs! This year we hope to supply 60 benches at £60 each by July. I have been raising money by selling my pins and our contribution is a huge chunk in what’s been raised so far. So I will post some pictures of the pins I have as they change all the time. If you like any of them just message me and I’ll arrange collection of drop off. 🇺🇬

A huge thank you to Andrew Barrie and staff at Jackson’s salon in the village for selling my pins for Uganda! 10 badges sold so far! That’s £30 towards a school bench.
Also Kilsyth rotary club where I sold 18! That’s another £54. One bench paid for! Thanks guys I really appreciate it.
