We had the most beautiful, sunny weather for our special collaboration workshop at the Concrete Garden! ☀️✨
It was the perfect day to gather outside in the fresh air, connect with nature, and focus on our well-being.

Our members had a wonderful time relaxing in the back garden together. We enjoyed:
🫖 Blending and making our own fresh teas.
🍵 Tasting different delicious herbal flavors.
🧼 Crafting custom herbal foot soaks and bath salts to take home for some self-care.
🌿 Harvesting fresh herbs directly from the garden plots.

A massive thank you to the amazing team at Concrete Garden for hosting us and to all our lovely IWG members who brought so much warmth, laughter, and joy to the afternoon! 👭💖

🌿 Herbal Well-Being Workshop: A Special Collaboration with The Back Garden!✨

The session focuses on relaxation, nature, and self-care!
Come along to enjoy a peaceful day in the garden where we will learn about the healing power of herbs!

What we will do together:
- Learn how to blend fresh ingredients.
- Herbal Tea Tasting: Sip and discover different soothing flavors.
- Make Foot Soak / Bath Salt
- Cutting Herbs: Harvest fresh herbs to take home with you!
