🏠 Have your say: how we decide housing priority

We’re reviewing how we allocate our highest housing priority to make sure our approach is fair, clear, and focused on those with the most urgent housing needs.

Some households are given top priority when they need to move urgently due to serious or exceptional circumstances, such as significant health or safety risks or other situations where a home is no longer suitable.

As part of this review, we are also considering whether to make clearer provision for cases where housing conditions are having a serious impact on health and cannot be resolved through repairs or other reasonable measures.

We want to ensure our approach reflects real circumstances and continues to prioritise those in the most urgent need.

Are you a Loretto customer and a student? 🙋

Our bursary programme is now open, offering bursaries of up to £1500 a year for full-time students and up to £750 for part-time students.

Kevin Keatings received a bursary last year. The 26-year-old from Glasgow is taking an HND in Sound Production and Audio Engineering at Riverside Music College.

He said: "For me it paid for the cost of books and equipment I needed and gave me more breathing space to focus on the work itself."
