Bookings are now open for 2023 for vasculitis patients who have not had the opportunity to stay in the Twilight Cabin before. After March, bookings will be open to all patients. Completion of the booking form will be followed by a confirmation email if the enquiry is successful.🖤❤️

You may already be aware that if you become infected with COVID-19, many of you are now eligible to receive new medications which can reduce the chances of the virus causing serious harm. Vasculitis patients can be considered for these treatments if they call their regional health board – the local numbers can be found on

There is a system being put in place to flag this information to patients, however not all patients are aware yet. Ideally you should contact the appropriate telephone number as soon as you test positive.

Meet ‘Twihard’, our newest resident at The Twilight Cabin! Beautifully created and donated by Sculptures in Kilmarnock. Thank you for your generosity! We love your creations! The cabin is once again opening its doors on 26th April to support the people whose lives have been turned upside down by this brutal disease.

Thank you for the many responses to the questionnaire regarding clinical care in Scotland. The data has been passed to the SSVN who will now prioritise areas for improvement thanks to your feedback. There is still time to complete the questionnaire and have your voice heard.
One further question-the vast majority felt that emotional and psychological support should be provided to help manage the effects of vasculitis. What specific type of emotional and psychological support do you feel the NHS should be providing?
