The Association was established in 1985 to improve the housing conditions of local residents. Since then, the A

ssociation has gone on to refurbish in excess of 350 homes and completed four phases of new build, creating 120 new homes. In June of 2011 the Association passed a further milesone with the sucessful transfer of 390 homes from Glasgow Housing Association. The Association also acts as factor for owner occupiers in its area. The driving aim of Board and Staff is not only to improve the housing conditions of residents, but to reduce social inequality and to create a viable and sustainable neighbourhood. As part of this wider aim, the Association has developed the Calvay Centre which delivers a wide range of services and opportunities to local people. The aim of our Facebook is to provide an additional way for customers, service users and partner agencies to find out more about the Association. 🚨 Help Needed 🚨

We’re on the lookout for a commercial ground-floor unit with easy access for loading and unloading vans.

As our Houses2Homes project continues to grow, we’re looking to relocate, ideally in the East End, but we’re open to nearby areas too. 🙂

The unit will be used to store donated furniture and white goods, which are then provided to individuals and families moving into permanent accommodation after experiencing homelessness.

If you know of any suitable units, landlords, or businesses that may be able to help, please get in touch or tag them in the comments.
