Well done to everyone who completed Cuningar Loop parkrun today. Thankfully the worst of the rain stayed off during the run and we even had a visit from Dougie the Pigeon as part of the Rutherglen 900 celebrations and Glasgow Doors Open Days Festival.

Thanks to Clyde Gateway for providing much needed refreshments post run and also sharing more about the transformation of Cuningar Loop.

On Friday we welcomed Tom Arthur, Minister for Business and Fair Work, to EastWorks on Friday to see first-hand how regeneration is helping innovative businesses grow and create jobs in Glasgow's East End.

A remarkable three businesses based at EastWorks, Utopi, Acumen Cyber and Morris & Spottiswood, have all been recognised in the Sunday Times Fast Growth 50, highlighting the strength of the innovation cluster developing in Dalmarnock.

Alongside businesses including Simera Sense, Red Tree Business Suites and Vin 18, they are helping create a vibrant community of high-growth companies and entrepreneurs, demonstrating the impact of place-based investment and regeneration.
