Meet our new committee! ⭐
We are so excited to see what everyone will help to accomplish next year:

There are still some committee roles available that we will be electing in September, so if you are interested in finding out more, look out for our EGM post during freshers!!
Meet Lilith!
Chairperson:
• Represents the society as its figurehead. Chairs committee meeting and writes agenda, supports all of the other committee members in their work, and is responsible for the overall activities of the group. Part of the executive committee.
Meet Sully!
Secretary:
• Main person responsible for the society’s admin work. Main contact for general inquiries through our email/ socials, and manages our mail account. Part of the executive committee.
Meet Jorge!
Treasurer:
•Manages the society’s finances and budgeting. Part of the executive committee.
Meet Mohammad!
Welfare Officer:
• Acts as safe person during events, ensuring events have any content warnings necessary and that there is a clearly designated sober committee member at socials. Monitoring the welfare email and form, ensuring any concerns are handled sensitively and escalated to the executive committee as appropriate. Working with other members to improve inclusivity and accessibility.

Campaign Coordinator:
• Responsible for investigating and planning the various campaigns throughout the year. Collaborating with the wider committee and student network at AIUK. Contacting external speakers/ groups to collaborate on campaigns, and working with other groups on campus with shared campaign interests.

Ordinary Board Member:
• OBMs are open to support the committee in any roles. They assume a supportive role at events, or promote the society at events and open days.
