SING aLOUD was founded by award winning musician Bryan Marshall in 2016 and the first session was held in a small church hall in Bishopbriggs on Thursday 11th February 2016. Sixteen brave singers came out and sang their hearts out! Bryan's vision is that SING aLOUD allows members to feel a sense of belonging, pride, achievement and fun through singing together.

What an unforgettable and special moment for Sing Aloud! Making our debut performance at The King's Theatre during our 10th anniversary year was a dream come true and an experience we will treasure forever. We had a great day of tech rehearsal, a meal together at The Griffin, some dressing room antics, all before taking to the stage and wowing the audience at ‘Sing At The King’s!’ 💜

Watching our wonderful Singalouders step onto that stage with such courage, joy and passion filled hearts with pride. Well done everyone—you were absolutely incredible, and you created a beautiful memory that will stay with us for years to come! 💜

We’re singing at The King’s! 🎭

As part of our 10th year celebrations, we’re thrilled to be joining a brand-new community choir festival that celebrates Glasgow’s love of a good old sing-song!

Sing Aloud will join four other local choirs on the iconic King’s Theatre stage, sharing the joy, energy and togetherness of live singing with audiences from across the city.

We’ll be performing on Wednesday 23rd September, so come along for the very first Sing at The King’s and enjoy an unforgettable evening of fantastic local talent.

We were delighted to take part in the annual ‘Off The Beatson Track’ 10K walk once again, and we’re thrilled to share that this year we raised an incredible £4,378.75! 🥳

This is a particularly significant milestone, as it takes our total fundraising for Beatson Cancer Charity to over £70,000! 💛

A huge thank you to everyone who walked, sang, donated, supported, shared, and cheered us on. Your generosity and encouragement mean so much and help Team BePositive continue making a difference. 💛

Team BePositive will be back taking part again in our annual participation of 'Off The Beatson Track', the 10K walk around the West End of Glasgow in support of Beatson Cancer Charity! 💛

This will be our 9th year taking part, and we cannot wait to join everyone on the route for another special day. Once again, we will be singing as we go, joined by some of the wonderful members of Sing Aloud, bringing plenty of music, positivity and community spirit to the walk! 💛

We were back doing what we love at the Glasgow Kiltwalk 2026 — and what a day it was! This marked our fifth year singing on an incredible 20,000 walkers, all striding out to raise funds and awareness for some truly amazing charities!

Once again, we were proud to be part of Team Beatson, bringing music, smiles and plenty of noise to Pitstop 1 in support of the Beatson Cancer Charity. With a fantastic 1,100 walkers taking part for Beatson — the largest team of any charity — there was no shortage of high fives, encouraging cheers and joyful singing!

It was particularly special as both Sing Aloud and the Kiltwalk celebrate 10 amazing years of walking, singing and fundraising - we were delighted to have a wee sing with Kiltwalk founder Sir Tom Hunter! The Kiltwalk has raised over £60,000,000 for over 4000 Scottish charities, and we are chuffed to have played our wee part. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💜

Well done and thank you to all the Singalouders, who gave up their Sunday morning to support such a brilliant cause. We lifted tired feet and proved once again how powerful singing can be! 💜💛
