To whoever has dropped these items beside the communal bin, can you please remove. They can be dropped at the nearest Recycling Centre.

The Council will NOT pick these up and it sets a worrying precedent that other residents will start doing the same.

Just a reminder to all residents to please only use your own bins.

Please don’t put your garden waste into someone else’s brown bin, as if they don’t have a permit it won’t be uplifted (with their food waste only).

Dear Residents, we have been made aware that there was a man in a balaclava who was chapping on doors this morning. He has been raising his voice to the extent that one resident had to call the police. Should he return to the Estate and you see him do not approach him, please call the police on 101 to notify them and they will deal with it.

A reminder to all dog owners to please make sure you bag and bin any waste appropriately.

While the clear majority are responsible there have been recent occurrences of owners not doing this, reported to us.
