Dear Residents, we have been made aware that there was a man in a balaclava who was chapping on doors this morning. He has been raising his voice to the extent that one resident had to call the police. Should he return to the Estate and you see him do not approach him, please call the police on 101 to notify them and they will deal with it.

A reminder to all dog owners to please make sure you bag and bin any waste appropriately.

While the clear majority are responsible there have been recent occurrences of owners not doing this, reported to us.

At 4:45 Sunday morning, (19th April) someone was seen trying house doors and checking vehicles around 2 Finch Drive.

They do have footage from their Ring doorbell – the individual was wearing dark clothes and hood up, but unfortunately the face was unrecognisable.

The police were called, attended and searched the area.

If anyone has doorbell or CCTV footage around this time it would be very helpful if they could share it.
