A message from our Chairperson, Paul McIlvenny - Reflecting on 2024 and Looking Ahead to 2025
As we approach the end of another remarkable year, it’s the perfect moment to reflect on all that we’ve achieved together in 2024 and to look ahead to the opportunities and challenges of 2025.
This year has been nothing short of incredible for Include Me 2 Club. Together, we’ve continued to deliver affordable, accessible, achievable, and authentic opportunities for children, young people, and adults with additional support needs, disabilities, and mental health conditions. Whether through our programmes, events, or simply the connections we’ve nurtured, 2024 has been a year filled with progress, perseverance, and plenty of joy.
A heartfelt thank you goes to our trustees, volunteers, and staff, whose tireless efforts make the impossible, possible. Your dedication, passion, and commitment to our mission have been the driving force behind everything we’ve accomplished this year. We hope you take this time to pause, reflect, and recharge for another impactful year ahead.
To our members, trainees, and their families: thank you for trusting us and for being part of our growing community. We know the day-to-day can sometimes feel overwhelming, but you are never alone. You’re part of a big, connected family that supports, uplifts, and celebrates one another. Your resilience inspires us every day, and we look forward to continuing this journey with you in 2025.
To our friends, supporters, and wider network: thank you for standing by us, cheering us on, and helping us grow. As we look towards 2025, we invite you to dream big with us and find ways to make an even greater impact together.

As we set our sights on 2025, we know the road ahead will bring new challenges, but also new opportunities to grow, build, and expand. To achieve our goals, we’ll need to rely on expertise, collaboration, and support from all sectors—business, private, public, and decision-makers alike. We simply need you to get involved, support our work - you couldn't find a more rewarding or worthy cause to support!
